We want you to be satisfied with your Alter Ego purchase. You may return the products within 30 days of receiving your order. Contact us if you wish to return your order. Accepted returns will be refunded the price of the item and any applicable taxes.

Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be issued after the shipment reaches us.

shopalterego.com is closed on weekends and major holidays. Orders received on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.

Alter Ego ships worldwide with only a few exceptions!

Currently, we cannot ship to the following countries: Balkans, Belarus, Burma, Cote d'Ivoire, Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, and Zimbabwe.

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout. Orders typically take between 1-5 days to process before they are shipped out to you. Once your order is shipped out, we’ll email you the tracking number and shipping confirmation.
