Can I return the Alter Hair Extensions?

At Alter Hair, we want each of our customers to feel comfortable and safe purchasing our products. That's why we offer returns/exchanges on all of our products in addition to a tester swatch for reassurance. This swatch has a large pink card attached, so it's hard to miss! You can use this to see if the color matches your hair perfectly before opening the product.

If you don't think the shade you purchased is right, you are eligible to return or exchange your Alter Hair product if you have not opened the primary packaging, which is sealed within a pouch. If you have opened this pouch, you cannot return the product.
